Permission to access this window is contained in the Tax Setup Task.

Because Tax detail IDs can only be added to a Tax Schedule one by one using the Tax Schedule Maintenance window, DynamicZip has the DZ Modify Tax Schedules window that provides the option of adding or removing a range of tax detail IDs to or from a range of tax schedules. This window can be a huge help for jobs like setting up the Microsoft Dynamics GP Advanced Tax Calculation.

The DZ Report Temp report is used to preview or review the results of this process.

• Tax schedules to modify:
  • Select Schedules
  • Starting Tax Schedule Ending Tax Schedule
  • Limit Schedules To - select whether the range of tax schedules to be modified should be restricted to those within the range that are taxable or exempt.
• Process:
  • Limit To Range Of Details
• Limit details to the following type:
  • Rate Type
  • Tax On
  • Taxable Or Exempt
  • Tax Rate
  • Detail Status
  • Jurisdiction Level
  • Tax Authority
  • Location Code
