To enhance the DynamicZip tax reports, DynamicZip changes a nontaxable line-item's tax option to Base on Customer and assigns the line-item an exempt tax schedule. This worked correctly when the line item is added to the document. However, when tax recalculation or extended tax recalculation was run, the nontaxable line-item's tax option got set back to Nontaxable and the related document tax detail(s) were removed.

Tax recalculation now uses the tax option of Base on Customer and assigns the nontaxable line-item an exempt tax schedule.
