Bug fixes
Verify Rates and Boundaries in the DZ Rate and Boundary Import window was failing to complete. This process runs after the rate and boundary import is complete, so this bug did not prevent or cause a problem with the rate and boundary import. However, the verify process was aborted with a SQL error. This has been fixed.
