1. Always Exempt is selected in the DZ Customer Supplement window
2. The customer's address is in a single rate state.

When tabbing or clicking into the tax schedule ID field for the above customer:

• If Show Selection Message is selected in the DynamicZip Setup window, then a message would pop up saying “Tax schedule not found for…”.
• If Open Schedule Lookup is selected in the DynamicZip Setup window, then the Tax Schedule Lookup window would open.
• If neither of the above are selected, then the the DynamicZip tax schedule selection would simply and silently not return a tax schedule ID.

The statewide exempt schedule is now selected in the above situation.
