This fix has no affect on the import of the ZIPsales Database. The following only applies to the rate and boundary import of the Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Complete+ Database.

When sales tax rates and boundaries have been imported for a single rate state, a subsequent rate and boundary import of purchase tax rates failed to add the purchase tax detail to the state-wide tax schedule. This has been corrected.
