By selecting this checkbox in the DZ State Setup window you can specify which states should use addressing by ZIP Code. When ZIP Codes are entered for states or provinces that are excluded from the DZ Zip Address table the DZ Zip Address Lookup window will open. Clear this check box to prevent the DZ Zip Address Lookup window from opening for an excluded state.

DynamicZip does not automatically know which ZIP Codes are in which state. For these excluded states, you must type the two-letter state code prior to typing the ZIP Code. Typing the state code is only necessary for the excluded states. This can be accomplished by either turning off the feature to skip city and state in DynamicZip Setup window which will affect all data entry, or by shift tabbing back to the State field when entering an address in an excluded state.
