KampData TaxEngine Features

The KampData TaxEngine is a .NET DLL that can provide the following features to any website or other application that has been integrated with it:

• Sales and Use Tax Calculation based on the Microsoft Dynamics GP Tax Schedules and Tax Details.
  • Tax calculation that exactly matches that calculated by the Microsoft Dynamics GP tax engine.
• Retrieves and utilizes the tax schedules assigned in Microsoft Dynamics GP to:
  • Customer Addresses
  • Company Inventory Sites
  • Inventory Items
  • Vendor Addresses
• Automatic selection/validation of city and state for a given ZIP Code. ¹⁾
• Identification of county based on ZIP+4. ²⁾
• Automatic selection of tax schedule based on tax location city, county, state and ZIP. ³⁾
• Import of posted SOP documents from Microsoft Dynamics GP.
  • Optional address validation/correction during import.⁴⁾

  • Optional tax recalculation during import.
• Provides enhanced tax reporting.
