Check Links Process

The Check Links process is used in the DZ Table Maintenance window

The process is used to remove Orphaned Records. The DynamicZip Check Links process deals with the following 4 tables:

• DZ Customer Supplement table
• DZ Customer Address Supplement table
• DZ PM Taxes Work and History table
• DZ Tax Detail Supplement table

1. Open the DZ Table Maintenance window.
2. Enable DynamicZip logging to provide a report of what the check links process does. Verify that a log file has been specified for your workstation by choosing View Log File¹⁾ from the DynamicZip Additional Windows.
3. Choose Log Processes²⁾ from the DynamicZip menu.
4. Change the procedure to Check Links, and then insert the desired tables.
5. Click OK to run the process. When the process completes, you can view the results of the check links process by choosing View Log File³⁾ from the DynamicZip Additional Windows.
