 Since some companies need to track sales to jurisdictions that don't collect taxes, selecting this check box in the [[dynamiczip:windows:DZ State Setup window]] will allow DynamicZip to create the zero rate tax details for those jurisdictions that don't collect taxes.
 This is most commonly an issue when a state's taxes must be reported by county and some counties do not collect taxes. If this option is not selected, all of the non-taxing counties in the state may get grouped and totaled together in the [[dynamiczip:reports:DynamicZip Tax Reports]].
