If you receive any of the following messages when trying to import the rate and boundary files 
  * Make sure you have downloaded the KampDatabase files from www.kampdata.com
  * Make sure you have downloaded the rate and boundary import file you use 
  * Confirm the local import path points to the folder where the files are located
