====== Tax Location ======


Tax Location means the physical location or jurisdiction at or in which the tax is accrued. Generally speaking, the Tax Location is the FOB point as determined below:

===== Sales: =====

  * If the Shipping Method has a [[dynamiczip:glossary:Shipping Type|Shipping Type]] of Delivery, the Ship-To address is the Tax Location.
  * If the Shipping Method has a Shipping Type of Pickup, the Inventory Site address is the Tax Location.

===== Purchases: =====

  * If the Shipping Method has a Shipping Type of Delivery, the Inventory Site address is the Tax Location.
  * If the Shipping Method has a Shipping Type of Pickup, the Ship-From address is the Tax Location.
