In the past they were retrieved from the [[dynamiczip:glossary:zipsales_database|ZIPsales Database]] or the [[dynamiczip:glossary:zip2_tax_database|Zip2Tax Database]]. However these databases occasionally list multiple USPS city names for the same ZIP code which results in import report warnings and the import process having to select one as correct while ignoring the others.
