This modification corrected an error condition that occurred during the import of the ZIPsales Database for the state of Florida. The error first occurred with the January 2015 release of the ZIPsales Database.

The warning message would appear and pause the import requiring the user to click OK to continue. At that point the import would continue and the import process would correctly import the rates and boundaries.

The Rate & Boundary import process was throwing the following error:
A save operation on table 'KD_County' has created a duplicate key.

The more info button provided the following information:
[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.##1194756' with unique index 'AK3##1194756'. The duplicate key value is (12027 ).

This error was related to DeSoto county Florida.
