DynamicZip Build 70.8

This service pack fixed a problem with multiple geocodes per ZIP Code. Starting with CCH's November, 2010 release of the Rate & Boundary Database they are no longer honoring the sort order stated in their documentation for the Zip.txt file. This resulted in DynamicZip build 70 and earlier failing to properly handle multiple geocodes per ZIP Code.

This problem resulted in failure to follow the Zip Code Tax Schedule ID Format.

For example, this could allow the existance of a tax schedule ID that is just the 5 digit ZIP Code for a ZIP Code where multiple choices exist. Our tax schedule selection process assumes that if a 5 character tax schedule ID exists for a ZIP Code, that it is the only available choice.

This service pack also fixed a problem that caused the Assume In City Limits setting to be ignored. As a result, the user would be prompted to select the appropriate In/Out tax schedule when there was a choice for the current city, state and ZIP (as opposed to assuming In City and automatically selecting the In tax schedule). This problem started with Build 70-sp6.
