A Tax Detail Default as specified in the DZ State Setup window is a setting that is applied to all new Tax Detail created by the Rate & Boundary Import. Changing a Tax Detail Default has no effect on Tax Details that already exist. Please see the DZ Modify Tax Details window to modify the setting on Tax Details that already exist.
