Use the Customer Address Maintenance window to enter the primary customer address if you need to contact a customer at more than one address. For example, you might need to keep separate records for a billing address and a shipping address.
You also can enter site, salesperson, territory, and additional user-defined information for each address. If salespeople are assigned to specific locations, such as states, it's possible that one customer might have different salespeople for different locations.
