What's the difference between running SQL Optimized and non-SQL Optimized reports?

Temporary tables are required to create our tax reports. The difference between SQL Optimized and non-SQL Optimized reports is the SQL Optimized process builds the temp tables on the Microsoft SQL Server using SQL queries, while the non-SQL Optimized process builds the temp tables on the local workstation using native Dexterity.

Printing SQL Optimized is generally faster than printing non-SQL Optimized. We only recommend printing non-SQL Optimized in the event that an atypical document causes your DZ report to fail with a SQL error.
