Why doesn't the import work for some states?

When you select Update all states from the DZ Rate & Boundary Import window, the scrolling window displays all records in the DZ State Setup table. Two things that can prevent a state displayed in the scrolling window are:

• If the state does not exist in the Rate & Boundary Database being imported.
• If a state has a Statewide Tax Schedule specified in the DZ State Setup window, the import will not occur for that state.
