If DynamicZip doesn't seem to be working, there are some things you can check.

First of all, if you have made any changes to any settings in another window (DynamicZip Setup for example), be sure to save your changes and close the window - your changes will not be effective until they have been saved and the window has been closed.

1. Open the About DynamicZip window.
2. If none of the DynamicZip features are enabled, then open the DZ System Setup window to see if DynamicZip has been disabled for this company.

1. Verify that ZipAddressing is enabled in the About DynamicZip window.
2. Verify that Skip City & State is selected in the DynamicZip Setup window. If it isn't, select it, save your changes, and close the window.
3. Open the Customer Maintenance window and tab through the fields, the cursor should skip city and state, and go to ZIP Code.
4. If the City and State fields are not skipped, verify that DynamicZip is enabled.
