Please enter registration keys for DynamicZip

This message can occur when the DynamicZip product that has been installed is not the correct one for the registration keys that you have received or for the release of Microsoft Dynamics GP you are running.

To verify you are running the correct DynamicZip for the release of Microsoft Dynamics GP you have, open the DZ Registration window and confirm that the installed DynamicZip is the correct one for the release of Microsoft Dynamics GP you have installed. You can also look at the About DynamicZip window to see which DynamicZip you've installed.

To correct this problem:

If you have recently upgraded, verify that all workstations have also been upgraded.

If an incorrect DynamicZip product has been installed, delete the KD581.DIC, which is normally in each workstation's Microsoft Dynamics GP folder, then download the correct one from our web site and reinstall. You will need to create an account if you don't already have one.
