Can DynamicZip reports be modified using Microsoft Dynamics GP Report Writer?

DynamicZip reports can be modified using Report Writer. For example, you may wish to add Taxable/Exempt Freight and Misc. columns to the Sales - Option E report, which can be done using Report Writer.
