=====Window Description=====

The DZ FIPS Codes window lists all the FIPS Codes. The code is made up of the Federal Information Processing Code (FIPS) that uniquely identifies each state, county, and city in the U.S. The first two digits identify the state, the next three digits identify the county, and the last five digits identify the city. and their corresponding states, counties, and cities.  

A FIPS Code is simply a code that represents a geographic location. The FIPS Codes imported from the FipsCodes.txt file use the following format:

1122233333 \\
11 = The state code \\
222 = The county code \\
33333 = The city code.
