====== SkyShop Logistics Tax Free Zone ======
An issue has been identified when running DynamicZip [[dynamiczip:install:mods:release:build71:build71|Build 71]] and older builds regarding the tax schedules for Miami (Miami-Dade County), FL. All tax schedules for Miami (Miami-Dade County), FL are being imported with a zero tax rate when there should be only one tax schedule with a zero rate. The zero rate tax schedule is for Miami (Miami-Dade County), FL 33106, and is a result of the SkyShop Logistics of Florida Inc.'s arrangement with the Florida Department of Revenue.

**NOTE:** If you are currently running DynamicZip Build 71 or older, then you can resolve this issue by upgrading to one of the current versions of DynamicZip.

**Workaround:**

The issue occures when both [[dynamiczip:glossary:Geocode]] 1200045000 and 12000X0025 have the same name, MIAMI. By renaming the 12000X0025 Geocode to SKYSHOP LOGISTICS INC, you can correct the issue permanently. Here are instructions for performing this workaround.

  - Open the [[dynamiczip:windows:DZ FIPS Code Maintenance window]].
  - Press the Find button.
  - Search by Name for "MIAMI".
  - Identify the 12000X0025 Geocode and rename it to SKYSHOP LOGISTICS INC (Please see the attached screen print at the bottom of this page).
  - Tab or click on another geocode record to ensure that your changes are made.
  - [[dynamiczip:windows:dz_rate_and_boundary_import_window|Import the Rate & Boundary Database]].

Here is an alternate workaround for manually adding the proper tax details and removing the incorrect detail to and from the Miami tax schedules. 
 
**NOTE:** This workaround must be performed after every import of the rate & boundary database as long as you remain on Build 71.

  - Open the [[dynamiczip:windows:DZ Modify Tax Schedules window]]. 
  - Add the FLSSFLORIDA001 tax detail to the Miami tax schedules.     
    - Set the Select Schedules option to "by Description". 
    - Type or lookup "FL MIAMI BEACH, MIAMI-DADE" into the Starting Description field. 
    - Set the Ending Description field to "FL MIAMI, MIAMI-DADE X". 
    - Set the Limit Schedules To option to "Taxable". 
    - Set the Process option to "Add Tax Details". 
    - Check the box to Limit to Range of Details. 
    - Use the lookup or type "FLSSFLORIDA001" into both the Starting Tax Detail ID and the Ending Tax Detail ID fields. 
    - Press the Preview button to view a report of the purposed changes. 
    - If the preview looks correct, then press the Add button.
  - Add the FLSNMIAMIDA001 tax detail to the Miami tax schedules.     
    - Change the Starting Tax Detail ID and the Ending Tax Detail ID fields to "FLSNMIAMIDA001". 
    - Press the Preview button. 
    - If the preview looks correct, then press the Add button.
  - Add the FLSSFLORIDA001X tax detail to the exempt Miami tax schedules. **NOTE:** Steps 4 and 5 are only necessary if you are using [[dynamiczip:glossary:Zip Code Exempt Schedule]]. Otherwise, you can proceed to step 6.  
    - Change the Limit Schedules To option to "Exempt". 
    - Change the Starting Tax Detail ID and the Ending Tax Detail ID fields to "FLSSFLORIDA001X". 
    - Press the Preview button. 
    - If the preview looks correct, then press the Add button.
  - Add the FLSNMIAMIDA001X tax detail to the exempt Miami tax schedules.     
    - Change the Starting Tax Detail ID and the Ending Tax Detail ID fields to "FLSNMIAMIDA001X". 
    - Press the Preview button. 
    - If the preview looks correct, then press the Add button.
  - Remove the FLSSFLTMIAM001 tax detail from all of the Miami tax schedules.     
    - Change the Limit Schedules To option to "All". 
    - Change the Process option to "Remove Tax Details". 
    - Change the Starting Tax Detail ID and the Ending Tax Detail ID fields to "FLSSFLTMIAM001". 
    - Press the Preview button. 
    - If the preview looks correct, then press the Remove button
  - Open the [[dynamics:windows:Tax Schedule Maintenance window]]. 
  - Update the tax details for the 33106 tax schedule.     
    - Type or lookup the 33106 tax schedule.
    - Remove all of the existing Tax Detail IDs.
    - Type or use the Add button to add the FLSSFLTMIAM001 detail ID. 
    - Press the Save button.
