====== Create Canadian Provinces ======
The [[dynamiczip:glossary:zipsales_database|ZIPsales Database]] treats Canada as a state and the provinces as counties. However in Microsoft Dynamics GP, the province code is typically entered in the state field and if used, CA is entered as the country code.

We added the Create Canadian Provinces to accommodate this usage of the address fields in a standard way that DynamicZip's [[dynamiczip:features:zip_addressing|ZipAddressing feature]] can work with.
