====== Skipped leading columns if blank when writing export report ======

Fixed a bug that was causing the the first columns in a row to be skipped if they were blank. This resulted in the following columns being shifted to the left in the comma or tab delimited file being written. This affected the following reports:

This fix was made in the following builds:
