===== Modifications =====

Fixed three bugs on the [[dynamiczip:windows:DZ Assign Customer Tax Schedules window]]. These bugs were only found to occur when using the SQL Optimized checkbox.
  * The SQL Optimized customer tax schedule assignment process was failing to honor the customer [[dynamiczip:glossary:Exempt Status Expiration Date]]. The process was not recognizing the situation where a customer's state based exemption had expired.
  * The SQL Optimized customer tax schedule assignment process was failing to match the county portion of the geocode for Canadian addresses.
  * The SQL Optimized customer tax schedule assignment process was failing to update addresses that had a blank tax schedule ID.
