======Use Tax Rates======

Use tax rates are the tax rates charged on products purchased for internal **use** as opposed to the tax rate charged on the **sale** of those items. Use tax rates are sometimes the same as the sales tax rate, but not always. Quite often the use tax rate does not include any county and/or city taxes.
