====== SkipCity.txt File ======

The [[kamp_database_files|KampDatabase file]] SkipCity.txt file is an ASCII text file that contains the following fields:
  * ZIP Code
  * Place name
  * State code

This file contains a row for each city name designated by the USPS as "Unique", "PO Boxes" or "Not Acceptable" for addressing purposes.
 
The [[dynamiczip:features:import:rate_and_boundary_import_process|rate & boundary import process]] uses this file to manage import log warnings. If a place name is included in this file, the logged message related to being unable to identify this "city" will be downgraded from Warning to Verbose as it is a normal and expected occurrence.
