This setting will not exclude any state that is included in the [[dynamiczip:tables:DZ State Setup table]]. 


**NOTE:** Certain process such as the [[dynamiczip:features:import:rate_and_boundary_import_process|rate & boundary import process]] start out by reading the StateSetup.txt file and adding the states contained in that file to the DZ State Setup table, if they are not already there. As a result, this case the **All States** setting will not exclude any state that is included in either the [[state_setup_file|StateSetup.txt file]] or in the DZ State Setup table.
