Permission to access this window is contained in the Tax Setup Task.

This window is used for assigning inventory items to Item Categories.

You can view the default Item Category and any override Item Categories that an item has been assigned to with this window.

NOTE: For backwards compatibility, we have created processes that help automate the transition of upgrading from the Tax by Item Class feature DynamicZip build 71 and older). Please see Copy Item Classes To Categories FAQ for more information.
