+This report's output is an export file that can be easily imported into a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft>> Excel. The export format can be text, comma or tab-delimited. If you choose comma-delimited and use a file extension of .csv (comma separated values) the file will be recognized by Excel and easily opened.

+The detail version of this report will include a row for each tax detail in each transaction (subject to your range restrictions).

+The summary version of this report will include a row each time the value of the lowest order sort field (for which you have selected "Print footer") changes. This row is the totals of the records included in that sort value. For example, if you select to sort by country, state, county, and city, this report will give you the totals by city. It will include one row for each city.
