The DynamicZip Tax Reports extract accrued use tax report information from the DZ PM Taxes Work and History table.

The tax accrual information for transactions entered in the POP module is created in the DZ Purchasing Tax History table. Therefore, part of the use tax reporting process includes copying the relevant information from the DZ PM Taxes Work and History table to the DZ Purchasing Tax History table. This copying process is automatic and occurs the first time the document is included in a DZ Tax Report.

When this option is selected, the copy process will force a refresh of these records. This should be unnecessary unless you believe that the records have become corrupted or not in sync with their source records.
