• Fixed the DynamicZip Tax Reports to handle the anomalous situation where an SOP document has taxable freight but no freight tax details and/or a taxable miscellaneous amount but no miscellaneous tax details. Prior to this fix either of these situations would cause a GPS Error: 54 SQL Error: 515 [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'KDFreightAmountTaxable' (or into column 'KDMiscAmountTaxable').
