SQL Optimized and non-optimized DynamicZip Tax Reports handled multiple ship-to's differently when the ship-to's included more than one state but the report was restricted to just one of those states.

• Non-optimized would exclude the multi-state document whenever the report was restricted to a single state.
• Optimized would include the multi-state document if any state on the document was the state being restricted to.

As of Build 70, optimized and non both include the multi-state document if any state on the document is the state being restricted to.

Build 70
