As of build 70 if the sort value of the tax detail records being balanced are all the same, the reconcile entry will be given that common value. If they have multiple values, the reconcile entry gets a sort value of **. If one or more of the tax detail records being balanced has a blank value, the reconcile entry will also have a blank value.
