This service pack fixed a problem with restricting Cash Basis DynamicZip Tax Reports by Receipt Date and/or Apply Date.
The SQL Optimized Reports were failing to restrict by Apply Date and were including any Apply Date regardless of the date range entered.
Both optimized and non-optimized reports were excluding payments entered in the SOP Sales Payment Entry window if the Receipt Date range restriction had a start date. When these transactions are posted Microsoft Dynamics GP v.9 failed to update the Document Date in the RM Key File. For payments entered in in the Cash Receipts window, the Document Date in the RM Key File is the Receipt Date. Microsoft corrected this situation in Microsoft Dynamics GP v.10. To make the range restriction work properly in v.9, as of this service pack, DynamicZip references the Sales Payment Work and History table (SOP10103) to obtain the Receipt Date for these payments.
