• The import process will now remove obsolete ZIP Codes from the Zip Address table and tax schedules. This relates to the rare instances where a ZIP Code that previously existed in the ZIPsales Database has been removed. Since the address and related tax schedules are no longer being maintained by the import process, we now remove these obsolete records.
• Added a statewide option to DZ State Setup to create zero rate details and thereby track sales for cities and counties that don't charge tax.
• Added a “Print on Documents” field to set the new tax detail default for that option in our DZ State Setup window. Also added a menu item to this window to set the default value for all states. These defaults apply only to new tax details. The option can be set for existing tax details by using the DZ Modify Tax Details window.
• Fixed a bug that was creating in/out city limits tax schedules when the only city level tax was a city local that applies both in and out of the city limits - making city limits irrelevant.
• Fixed a bug that was creating in/out city limits tax schedules when taxing sales at use tax rate and the use tax rate has no city or city local tax - making city limits irrelevant. This was occurring only in jurisdictions that did have city or city local tax for the sales tax rate.
