Report Enhancements

The Tax by Item Class Setup Report now includes the tax schedule id and description for “Taxable” item classes.
Fixed the Option F report to use the inventory site's geocode rather than the ship-to address for documents with a shipping type of “Pickup”.
Fixed SQL Optimized reports to use the inventory site as the tax location rather than the ship-to address for documents with a shipping type of “Pickup”. This affects the value of the city, state and ZIP fields in the reports. Non-optimized reports were already working correctly.
Fixed SQL Optimized reports to exclude SOP documents that have been voided using the Receivables Posted Transaction Maintenance window. This bug fix does not apply to non-optimized reports which were already excluding these voids. This bug fix also does not apply to SOP documents voided using the Sales Transaction Entry window as they were already being excluded properly.
Fixed a bug that was failing to add non-taxable freight and miscellaneous charges to the document amount in the non-optimized reports. The SQL Optimized reports were already working correctly.
Fixed a bug in the Purchase Tax Reports that could cause an error 54 (unable to insert nulls) when setting the tax rate.
