No longer prompt user to save customer card before creating supplement
When a user creates a new customer card and selects DZ Customer Supplement from the Additional menu in the Customer Maintenance window, DynamicZip no longer prompts the user to save the new customer card. In the past DynamicZip called the script 'Handle Changes' of window RM_Customer_Maintenance of form RM_Customer_Maintenance to save the new customer card. However doing so causes the customer address(s) created along with the customer card to NOT get saved to the Customer Master Address table.
NOTE: The new record in the DZ Customer Supplement table will be orphaned if the user creates it and subsequently closes the Customer Maintenance window without saving the new customer card. Orphaned records can be removed using the Check Links Process on the DZ Customer Supplement table. This seems less likely and less problematic than failing to save the new address card(s).
