With the Base Freight Tax on Sales in SOP option, freight taxability must be updated whenever something changes on the SOP document that may affect the freight taxability. Prior to this modification, deleting a line-item did not trigger this action. This action cannot run while the Sales Item Detail Entry window is open and changes could be made in that window that require a freight taxability update.

The process that runs to Base Freight Tax on Sales in SOP was inadvertently returning the taxability of document miscellaneous charges back to their default setting as specified in the Sales Order Processing Setup Options window.

Freight taxability is updated when a line-item is deleted and when focus leaves the Customer PO Field. We use the Customer PO Field because that field gets focus when the Sales Item Detail Entry window is opened. So now when the Sales Item Detail Entry window is closed, any action on the SOP document will pull focus from the Customer PO Field and trigger the update.

The process that runs to Base Freight Tax on Sales in SOP no longer affects the taxability of document miscellaneous charges.
