A Zip Address is the unique combination a ZIP Code, city and state. When the Zip+4 is part of the Zip Address, then the county will also be known.

DynamicZip creates and maintains ZIP Address through the Rate & Boundary Import and ZIP Address Import processes. A ZIP Address can become invalid if the Rate & Boundary Database contains an update for City names, Counties or ZIP Codes.
