The Kamp Database file SkipCity.txt file is an ASCII text file that contains the following fields:

• ZIP Code
• Place name
• State code

This file contains a row for each city name designated by the USPS as “Unique”, “PO Boxes” or “Not Acceptable” for addressing purposes.

The rate & boundary import process uses this file to manage import log warnings. If a place name is included in this file, the logged message related to being unable to identify this “city” will be downgraded from Warning to Verbose as it is a normal and expected occurrence.
