The Outside city limits check box is used to specify that an address is located outside the city's taxing jurisdiction. When this check box is selected, tax schedules that include a city level tax will be considered invalid. Likewise, when this check box is not selected and a tax schedule exists that includes the city's tax, tax schedules that do not include the city tax will be considered invalid.
