Kamp-Data uses this test internally for Software Quality Assurance (SQA) purposes as it helps verify the accuracy of the [[dynamiczip:features:import:rate_and_boundary_import|Rate & Boundary Import]] process. This test reads CCH's FLAT.txt file and compares the total rate contained in the FLAT.txt file for each ZIP Code with the appropriate DynamicZip tax schedule's total tax rate.  Kamp-Data uses this test internally for Software Quality Assurance (SQA) purposes as it helps verify the accuracy of the [[dynamiczip:features:import:rate_and_boundary_import|Rate & Boundary Import]] process.
