This test reads CCH's FLAT.txt file and compares the total rate contained in the FLAT.txt file for each ZIP Code with the appropriate DynamicZip tax schedule's total tax rate.

To run it separately, select Custom as the Import Destination in the [[dynamiczip:windows:dz_rate_and_boundary_import_window|DZ Rate and Boundary Import window]]. Leave all the import destination check boxes cleared.
