How can I switch city names to uppercase for addressing purposes?
This is controlled by the Uppercase Address setting in DynamicZip Setup. If you would like to use uppercase, you can make this selection in the ZipAddressing section of DynamicZip Setup, it will be effective immediately on all new entries.
NOTE: If you are using a pre build 60 version of DynamicZip you still need to select this check box to import zip addresses in uppercase. This must be selected prior to importing the Rate & Boundary Database. By default the addresses are converted to proper capitalization.
The first time you import the Rate & Boundary Database for a particular state, that state's Zip Addresses will be automatically imported to the DynamicZip Zip Address table using normal capitalization. For performance reasons, subsequent imports for that state will modify the DynamicZip Zip Address table only for new addresses or spelling/punctuation changes. Therefore, importing the Rate & Boundary Database after changing the city capitalization setting will not switch the capitalization in the DynamicZip Zip Address table.
