The first time you import the Rate & Boundary Database for a particular state, that state's Zip Addresses will be automatically imported to the DynamicZip Zip Address table using normal capitalization. For performance reasons, subsequent imports for that state will modify the DynamicZip Zip Address table only for new addresses or spelling/punctuation changes. Therefore, importing the Rate & Boundary Database after changing the city capitalization setting will not switch the capitalization in the DynamicZip Zip Address table.  The first time you import the Rate & Boundary Database for a particular state, that state's Zip Addresses will be automatically imported to the DynamicZip Zip Address table using normal capitalization.
