Select a report from the Options list and click Insert to insert the report into the Print List. You can insert all of the reports by clicking All.
To select where you want the report to print, click Destination. Reports can be printed to the screen, to a printer, to a file (text, comma or tab-delimited, or HTML), or any combination of these options. If you select Ask Each Time, you can select printing options each time you print this report.
Click Print to print the report(s) in the Print List.
TIP: To print your report in a format that can be opened by a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft » Excel, choose to print your report to a tab-delimited file.
