Invalid Registration Keys

DynamicZip registration keys are entered in the DZ Registration window. To check your registration keys for validity you can open that window (the keys should already be displayed) and click Save. The window should close with no error message.

If the registration keys are not accepted please e-mail us a copy of the report that prints from File»Print (or pressing the little printer icon) on the DZ Registration window. The DZ Registration Keys Report will give us your exact registered site name including extra spaces that may not appear, the user count, Microsoft Dynamics GP version and DynamicZip build number. With that information we will be able to generate valid registration keys for you.

If the registration keys have been accepted, then check whether the invalid registration key message occurs on the machine used to enter the keys. If it does not, but does occur on other machines, the other machines may not be running the same build of DynamicZip Check the About DynamicZip window or the DZ Registration window for the build number on each workstation, as they should all be the same.

If the registration keys have been accepted and the invalid registration key message occurs on the machine used to enter the keys, it may not be DynamicZip that is generating the error message. Try disabling DynamicZip to see if the error message goes away or continues to occur.
