NOTE: Upgrading from DynamicZip build 71 or earlier may require that you convert from using Microsoft Dynamics GP Item Classes for taxability by State (Tax by Item Class) to using DynamicZip Item Categories (Tax by Item Category). Please see Build 72 for more information.

From any of the following windows you can navigate DynamicZip»Copy Item Classes to Categories to convert from Tax by Item Class to Tax by Item Category.

• DZ Item Category Maintenance window
• DZ Tax By Item Category Setup window
• DZ Item Supplement window

Clicking this menu option will run a process that creates identical item categories for all of your item classes. The names and descriptions will be identical, and all items belonging to an item class will be added to the matching item category.
