DZ Remove Tax Details window

Access from DynamicZip Utilities Navigation.

Permission to access this window is contained in the Tax Setup Task.

Using the DZ Remove Tax Details window, you can remove a range of Tax Details. The range is based on the Tax Schedule ID and limited to Inactive Tax Details and can be further limited to Unused Tax Details.

• NOTE: If you choose to remove details, it is recommended that you limit it to both inactive and unused details.

We recommend you retain the used details to aid the reporting process. Some of the features of our reports will not work if the tax detail and/or tax detail supplement record is missing for a tax detail included in the report.

The DZ Report Temp report is used to preview or review the results of this process.

• Scan All Details First To Last
• Starting Tax Detail
• Ending Tax Detail
• Limit To Inactive
  • This check box cannot be cleared. Only inactive details are removed.
• Limit To Unused
